March 2023, I bought this Pozzani IX 600 Water Filter for a brand new kitchen installation at home.

My fitter installed a brand new kitchen in April 2023. They also installed the Pozzani water filter. It appeared to be working, but after the fitters left, I realised the filter is very slow almost a trinkle. My first thought was that it must be a kink in the pipe, the plumbing was off. When I got access to the filter under the tap, I could see nothing special. Certainly, there was no obstructions in the pipework. I concluded the actual water filter bottle and cap could be cause of the slowness.

In my previous property, we had the Pozzani IX-250 and it flowed a lot faster. I remember this little older model from from 8 years ago.

I tried to unscrew the filter bottle by hand (clockwise), but it will not budge.
I am stuck.
