In my career, especially as contractor, the project inception has already started long ago on the day I join the project. A contractor job is to deliver the functionality, “hit the ground running”, she\/he rarely sits on the project initiation team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are the very start of PROJECT INCEPTION, let me pose you a question, how do know if the software culture will work in one week time? How much lip service would give it in one month time? How about 6 months time or then 1 year?
