{"id":2990,"date":"2020-12-20T18:39:57","date_gmt":"2020-12-20T17:39:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.xenonique.co.uk\/blog\/?p=2990"},"modified":"2020-12-20T18:39:58","modified_gmt":"2020-12-20T17:39:58","slug":"marketing-outside-ir35-contract-action-plan-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.xenonique.co.uk\/blog\/2020\/12\/20\/marketing-outside-ir35-contract-action-plan-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Marketing OUTSIDE IR35 Contract Action Plan 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Season&#8217;s Greetings All<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My plan of action for 2021 is to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Go back to <strong>OUT<span style=\"color:#00007f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">SIDE IR35<\/span><\/strong> contracting<\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color:#00007f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Off Payroll Worker tax<\/span><\/strong> change pending April 2021 is essentially a <em>tax grab<\/em> by the revenue<\/li><li>Take advantage of the <em><span style=\"color:#00007f\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Small Company Exemption<\/strong><\/span><\/em> and help clients beat their bigger competition and disrupt their target markets.<\/li><li>Because of the exemption rules, small client only need to provides a legal  Status Determination Statement (<strong>SDS<\/strong>) for both our future protection<\/li><li>Work from home 2021 &#8211; occasional commute, it must be safe for me<ul><li>Black Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME)<\/li><li>Does it matter? COVID-19 proved out \u201cremote\u201d adversity to be fake<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Why is this all so important?
