That\u2019s right! I will be making a personal appearance at <a href=\"https:\/\/skillsmatter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Skills Matter<\/strong><\/a> tomorrow for <a href=\"https:\/\/skillsmatter.com\/event\/agile-scrum\/cukeup\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Cuke-Up<\/strong><\/a>, which is the one day conference about Cucumber BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) tool. <\/p>\n<p>Why am I investing time learning about <a href=\"https:\/\/cukes.info\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Ruby testing tool<\/strong><\/a>? <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Well the answer is that many of Ruby\u2019s goodness including <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rspec.info\/\" target=\"_blank\">RSpec<\/a><\/strong> have made their way into Scala world. Bill Venner\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scalatest.org\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>ScalaTest<\/strong><\/a> in one framework influenced by RSpec. <\/li>\n<li>In the Groovy land they reports of people invoke the WebDriver to execute step definitions. Also the <a href=\"https:\/\/cukes.info\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Cucumber website<\/strong><\/a> looks awesome, man! <\/li>\n<li>Something tells me that learning some ideas of Ruby might be useful later when I look and play around Mirah. <\/li>\n<li>Finally, I am at liberty, justice and peace. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Learning Behaviour Driven Development from the horse\u2019s mouth, or a very leading edge person, like Aslak Helles\u00f8y is a no-brainer. There might be still tickets available so hurry.
