If you don’t want someone to challenge you and suggest ides. Please don’t hire me.
In 2017, I want to work with engaging clients that have very clear ideas about adaptive software development, who are open to different ideas and opinions, who would like to really transform not just digitally, but with sustainability in mind.
Most of all I would like my new clients to understand that real change goes well beyond technology. Change goes beyond which version of Java, or catching up with a competitors that you have just found out are embracing M/SOA, trying to agile but just giving the whole idea lip service. Change is blooming hard, but only you can do it. Change requires a shift in your culture from the bottom level up to the top and it must have support from top company executives. Now is the time to call an end on deep passive aggression within teams, reduce the amount of blame culture and mediate dysfunction and silo-sation of business function. We are all in this thing called Information Technology together, or we are not at all.
